Hosting a Chamber event will help your company gain exposure and build lasting relationships with key business leaders throughout the Delaware County Region.
Showcase your location to a specific audience and receive marketing and contact lists for your business leads. The Chamber promotes your venue and the event in all Member communications and handles registration for you. All events are held Tuesday through Thursday.
Coffee Connection: 8-10 am
Your company provides Members with coffee and light breakfast fare. During the event, you will have time to give tours to your facility and a short presentation about your company. The Chamber will have staff to handle registration and check in. The Chamber is not responsible for providing food and drink to attendees.
Business after Hours: 5-7 pm
Your company provides beer, wine, and light hors d’oeuvres. During the event, you will have time to give tours to your facility and a short presentation about your company. The Chamber will have staff to regulate registration and check in. The Chamber is not responsible for providing food and drink to attendees.
Women in Business: 12-1:30 pm
12 Noon – 1:30 PM with your company providing lunch. During the event, you will have time to give tours to your facility and a short presentation about your company. The Chamber will have staff to regulate registration and check in. The Chamber is not responsible for providing lunch to attendees.
Ribbon Cutting
We offer our ribbon cuttings package with a Coffee Connections, Business After Hours, or Women in Business. A Chamber Ribbon Cutting is a great way to publicize the opening of your new building or business. Chamber staff will market the event to all our members through email marketing, website registration, and announcements at all other events. We will arrive with ribbon and scissors in hand to conduct the ceremony. A list of attendees, pictures from the event, and a proud member plaque with a picture of the ribbon cutting will be sent to you post Ribbon Cutting.
